宮城県仙台市にある建築・設計会社です。
「TRANSIT」という言葉には、
“変遷・移り変わり・運ぶ”といった
意味合いがあります。
時代の流れによって移り変わっていく
“くらし”の本質を捉えつつ、
様々な
視点から、皆様のイメージを
かたちにしていきます。
“TRANSIT” is an architectural design company based in Sendai, Miyagi.
The word “TRANSIT” encompasses several meanings including transition, shift, and transport.
By capturing the essence of “life and living” that continues to change with the times, TRANSIT
approaches its clients’ imaginations from various perspectives and shapes them into reality.

昨今、ライフスタイルの多様化・
コミュニティの差別化により、
建築設計・施工の職域は従来提供していた
業務領域から溢れ出し、広がり続けています。
私たちは、そうした状況に対し
柔軟性と持続性を兼ね備え、

課題に向けた得策・対応を発想の転換と

建築設計・施工を介し、

As lifestyles diversify and communities specialize,
the role of architectural design/construction
has expanded and continues to expand beyond its conventional boundaries.
TRANSIT is determined to maintain flexibility
and endurance to make proactive challenges
in this ever-changing environment.
TRANSIT is constantly taking action with a proactive and positive attitude,
thinking outside the box and adopting multiple perspectives to develop solutions,
and ultimately redesigning “everyday life” through architectural design and construction.
We also like to sprinkle in color and fun,
just like the shifting seasons…
To do this, we know it is important that we ourselves are happy;
that each creator has the richness and openness in their hearts when doing their work.
We believe that this,
combined with the “determination” for social contribution and the development of regional communities,
is the key to making continual progress.
1984年 宮城県生まれ。東京・沖縄の建築設計事務所、宮城の建設会社を経て、2013年宮城県仙台市で建築・設計会社「TRANSIT」を設立。規模・用途問わず新築・改修工事における設計・施工、賃貸住宅＋コミュニティラウンジの企画運営等に携わる。コミュニティ創出・発展に根ざしたコミュニティ建築を画策中。
Born in Miyagi prefecture in 1984.
Built his career working for architectural design offices in Tokyo and Okinawa,
as well as a construction company in Miyagi.
In 2013 he founded the architectural design company “TRANSIT” in Sendai, Miyagi.
Conducts design, construction, and renovation for buildings old and new, and of a wide variety of sizes and purposes. He has also worked on planning and management of rental housing and community lounges.
Currently devising a project for creating and developing new communities.
